Job Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the crypto and financial industry.

● Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.

● Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.

● Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and external recruiting partners.

● Develop and manage diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a culture of belonging and equity.

● Support employee growth and development through career planning, coaching, and learning opportunities.

● Conduct regular check-ins and performance evaluations to ensure employee satisfaction and engagement.

● Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and people management.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree, minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition and people management roles, preferably within the financial and technology industry.

● Strong knowledge of Web3 technologies and the blockchain ecosystem.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

● Proven track record of identifying and acquiring top talent.

● Experience developing and implementing diversity and inclusion programs.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and accountability.

● Familiarity with labor law or employment rule in Mainland China and HK.

● Fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Cantonese.
