HR Assistant [Hong Kong S.A.R.]


 

Responsibilities:

  • Support in payroll calculation, update and maintain personnel, leave and attendance records in the HR Management System
  • Maintain a systematic filing system and properly handle confidential information & materials
  • Prepare reports and analysis for management review
  • Provide general administrative supports
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Good manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS office application, HR software, familiar with Chinese word processing
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and related legislations
  • Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility as well as good time management
  • Immediately available is preferred
  • Fresh graduates are also welcomed
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
