- Assist in organizing programmes and events such as ceremonies, congresses, press conferences;
- Support on the communication with services providers, artists, project partners and potential sponsors;
- Assist in execution monitoring, collect regular updates on programmes status;
- Handle public enquiries on programmes details;
- Provide any ad-hoc administrative support related to international affairs;
- Undertake other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:
- University graduate or equivalent with 3 years of working experience, preferably in the Arts & Culture industry;
- Multi-tasking, good inter-personal skills, self-motivated and well-organized;
- Able to work independently and also with a small team to accomplish the assigned tasks;
- Good communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese including Putonghua;
- Proficiency in MS Office-based applications including project management and Chinese Word Processing;
- Knowledge and interest in arts would be an advantage.
