2023 APAC Graduate Programme – Information Technology & Operations
Our two-year graduate programme is designed to provide you with first class training and immediate responsibility, it gives you the support and development you need to start a successful career in financial services. You can join us in one of several business areas and, depending on your qualifications and experience, you can apply to join us as either an analyst or an associate.
For: Final year students or recent graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any disciplines from a recognized university

To be considered for the placement, you will:

Working alongside our teams of industry leading specialists, you will gain on-the-job training throughout your two-year programme taking you along a development path to build your expertise and broaden your base of skills. Mentor & Buddy
Throughout the programme, you will be mentored by experienced managers and team members, as well as pairing with a buddy from our early career cohorts who will make sure you are getting everything you need to grow.
What you will do?
- Support the APAC CFO and Finance COO in the animation of the APAC Finance community and Finance budget review
- Participate to the transformation initiatives and projects for the APAC Finance function : process design and review,
- Support the preparation and follow-up of the Finance budget (Forecast, Budget, Actuals)
- Support the Finance team animation including APAC Finance Townhall, APAC Finance Seminar, onboarding sessions as well as internal communications
- Contribute to the APAC Finance processes review : design process workflows, identity area of improvement/simplifications
- Excellent skills in Excel and Powerpoint
- Capacity to think creatively and laterally and excellent analytical skill
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- System orientated and comfortable managing the operation of an integrated information system
- Certificate / Degree holder on Finance / Accounting
- Experience in Finance function
- Fluent in English and Chinese
