Responsibilities:Maintain daily operation of the service counter
Handle walk-in customers' inquiries, shipment drop-off and collection
Promote value-added services and sales promotional programs to customers
Requirements:
HKDSE/HKCEE or above
Minimum 2 years of working experience; experience in customer service / retail field is an advantage
Willing to perform shift duty
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Familiar with PC skills and Chinese word processing
