As a Surgical Sales Representative, you are required to promote and sell the organization's products across multiple sales channels, including selling directly to end-consumer or organizations; selling to resellers, distributers, or retail outlets; and promoting through medical representatives to physicians, etc.
In this role, a typical day will include:
- To promote and sell ophthalmic surgery related equipment and instrument

To achieve product sales objectives- To frequently visit customers / health care professionals and provide necessary Operation Theatre / Operation Room support
- To discover and develop new business opportunities
- To execute sales plan and strategy, participate and conduct different level events/meetings
- To inform customers/health care professionals’ latest update of product, service and prices, etc...
- To create and maintain customer database
- To investigate, assess the market and react to competition to maintain Alcon product market share
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
- Education: Bachelor Degree (Science / Engineering) or above
- Good command of English and Chinese
- At least 3 years’ sales experience
- With Operation Theatre / Operation Room sales experience preferred
