Hong Kong Blind Union was established in 1964. It is the first self-help group organized and managed by people with visual impairment. It aims at promoting the spirit of self-help and mutual-help as well as striving for equality, opportunities and independence for visually impaired persons.
GATE is a social enterprise under Hong Kong Blind Union, providing one-stop consultation and supporting services for all sectors in the aspects of digital accessibility, barrier-free facilities and accessible products, aiming at building together an inclusive community. Responsibility:Responsible for conduct accessibility test on web and mobile application
Perform daily helpdesk support for web application
On-the job training will be provided.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirement:
Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology related discipline.
Proficient in HTML and CSS.
Mobile development experience (Swift, Java, React Native, etc.) is a plus.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Web front-end development for Assistant IT officer
No experience request for IT assistant.
Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
