Telephone Operator – Guest Service Centre 賓客服務員– 客務中心 [Hong Kong S.A.R.]


 

Job Responsibilities工作職責:

  • Handle both internal and external phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.專業及有禮地接聽內部和外部的電話 。
  • Handles guests needs or requests and reports complaints to the Telephone Supervisor 滿足客人需要或請求,並向主管匯報投訴情況 。
  • Attends to all guest queries and requests promptly 及時處理客人所有詢問和要求。

Job Requirements工作要求:

· 1 year experience in guest / customer service, or an equivalent working experience.

具有1年客務款接服務之工作經驗,或與此相關的工作經驗。

  • High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent 具有高中或酒店行政管理,酒店管理或相關的專業証書 。
  • Able to speak, read and write English and Putonghua. 具有講,讀和寫簡單英語及普通話能力。
  • Proficient in the use of Front Office OPERA System is an advantage 能熟悉前堂OPERA電腦系統經驗者優先考慮。

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $17,240.00 per month
